Another loss for PacBrands

Australian apparel group Pacific Brands is saying goodbye to a high ranking manager just six weeks after another boss called it quits.

Group GM of Pacbrands workwear, Holly Kramer, has defected to become chief executive at discount clothing chain, Best & Less.

The announcement comes just six weeks after the group's underwear division boss, Colette Garnsey, quit to take on the role of core brand director at Premier Retail.

Garnsey left for the competitor after just 13 months with PacBrands.

Kramer will replace Best & Less chief executive, Mike West, who retired earlier this year, reports The Australian.

She will also report to Pepkor South East Asia managing director, Jason Murray.

At Pacbrands, Kramer will be replaced by Matthew Claughton, who is currently head of strategy, human resources, and international in the workwear division.

Anthony Heraghty will remain as head of the underwear business after stepping into the role following Garnsey's resignation.

Retailers in the Pacific Brands include Stussy, Superdry, Diesel and Sheridan. The group also holds wholesale brands like Burley, Bonds, Holeproof, and Rio.
