Pumpkin Patch opens new concept store

Trans-Tasman childrenswear brand Pumpkin Patch has opened a new concept store in the prime Auckland shopping strip Teed St.

The new 'Playhouse' store which features areas for children and adults to interact with the brand is a first for Australasia. 

The company says the store will provide its customers with "a much more theatrical, interactive and cross-channel shopping experience".



A new ‘Click and Collect’ strategy allows customers to purchase products online can collect them in store; or if sizes or styles are not available at the time of their store visit, shoppers can go online instore and place their order to be delivered to their home or nearest Pumpkin Patch store. 

  

"Celebrating the magic of childhood and adventure, the design concept for the new standalone embodies the fun of a ‘playhouse’; with numerous activities for both adults and children to enjoy – including an interactive station with iPads available for use, colouring in sheets, toys, TV and more," the company said in a statement.

  

Opening celebrations last week included Jelly Bean Jar guessing and competitions to design a skateboard or sneakers.
