Joseph is a Senior Partner in McKinsey’s Sydney office, and leads McKinsey’s Australia and New Zealand Retail and Consumer practice. His client service spans grocery, general merchandise and specialty retail, along with several consumer goods categories. Through this work he and McKinsey partner with leading institutions to chart new strategies, identify performance improvement, and – most importantly – implement it together. Joseph also leads McKinsey’s Asia-Pacific Operations practice, bringing together McKinsey’s regional teams and capabilities on a set of topics including supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, capital productivity and implementation.
