Simon Stacey

Simon Stacey is creative director of experience design at Designworks. Simon has over 25 years experience in creating progressive customer experiences for brands around the world, including Amazon, Christian Louboutin, Conran Shop, Country Road, Design Museum, Dunhill, Harrods, Liberty, Orange, Selfridges and Tesco. This work has been recognised internationally by D&AD, DBA and ISP/VMSD. Before joining Designworks in late 2014, Simon spent the previous two years working with Amazon in the US where he led the development of the brand’s first fully integrated offline retail experiences, as well as blue-sky projects that frame the brand’s future customer experiences. In taking brands into the all-channel experience he seeks to get the necessary balance between consistency and innovation, leading multi-disciplinary teams in the design of spaces and experiences that constantly adapt as they connect with customers through multiple touch-points.
