Topman follows suit with e-commerce launch
Global fast-fashion chain, Topman, has followed sister brand Topshop’s recent e-commerce play with its own digital platform launch.
Following fast on the heels of the official launch of Topshop’s new online platform last month, the fashion chain said the new site will see Topman collaborate with local e-commerce suppliers and partners to deliver expanded product collections, lower pricing, faster delivery and a product range specially curated for the Australian male fashion market – with regular drops arriving every week.
“Topshop Topman have always been internationally renowned fashion and trend leaders, the launch of our exciting new Topman e-commerce platform stays true to our brands key point of difference,” said Deborah Papazoglu, head of e-commerce, Topshop Topman Australia.
“We’re excited to synchronise our physical and digital worlds for a seamless omnichannel customer experience.”
“Our localised business mentality has always been consumer-centric and with our new e-commerce platform, we can respond to Aussie guy’s demand for great and more convenient style fast in real-time.”
Topman stores will act as distribution centres for all online. The brand’s site will also feature localised editorial-style content and online-only services, including free returns instore, complimentary express delivery for purchases over $75 and the option to choose to click and collect their buys at any store across the country.
Customers will also be able to book a complimentary appointment with a personal stylist instore via an online personal shopping booking engine.
