Global fashion chain’s Sydney debut

Reiss-flagship-modelsGlobal fashion chain, Reiss, has today launched its first Sydney flagship at Westfield Bondi Junction, aiming to build upon an existing portfolio of over 190 sites in 17 countries worldwide.

The opening follows on from the UK retailer’s Australian launch last year, with two flagships in Melbourne; St Collins Lane in May and Chadstone in November, the rollout of concessions in David Jones nationwide and online, and the launch of its market specific website www.reiss.com/au.

“We are delighted to be opening our first Sydney standalone and further consolidating our brand presence in Australia,” said David Reiss, founder and chairman. “It’s an exciting market for us and one that we feel is already embracing the Reiss aesthetic.”

Situated in the busy Bondi retail hub, Reiss’ new 2,000 sq. ft flagship store reflects the brands typical flagships, which take inspiration from the location they are in, with the Sydney flagship drawing on the beach lifestyle and incorporating white oil-brushed timber, blackened steel pale grey textures, iceberg blue marble and cool summer-white concrete.
