H&M to open new store at Stockland Green Hills
The retailer’s new store, its 11th store to open in NSW and the second store to open in Sydney’s Hunter region, will be part of the shopping centre’s $412 million redevelopment, alongside new specialty and fashion retailers and a new food court.
Spanning 2,300sqm and set over two levels, the store will feature apparel, underwear and accessories for Men, Women, Kids and Baby as well as H&M Home.
“We are excited to be opening our H&M store at Stockland Green Hills on the 17th May and to now offer our customers two incredible shopping destinations in the Hunter region,” said Hans Andersson, Australian Country manager for H&M.
The opening of H&M will follow Stockland’s $414 million transformation of the shopping centre.
The grand opening of Stockland Green Hills next week will also see the opening of Mecca Maxima, Seed, Decjuba, Tigerlily, Bonds, Harris Scarfe and first new format David Jones store in the Hunter – taking the centre to around 74,000 square metres.
Stockland launched the completed first stage of its redevelopment last November 30, 2017. Upon completion in mid-2018, the centre will feature the first new look David Jones department store in the Hunter, a new 5,900sqm full-line Target, a 900-seat Hoyts cinema and around 220 tenancies with a new dining and entertainment precinct. It will also include a new children’s playground and 490 new car parking spaces.
