Pip Edwards

After working for some of the biggest names in Australian fashion, Pip Edwards went on to co-found the globally acclaimed active meets street brand P.E Nation in March 2016.

She began her career in Risk Management at PriceWaterhouseCoopers before changing tact and moving into PR then design for Ksubi, followed by the role of Senior Creative and Accessories Designer at sass & bide and then Design Director for General Pants Co.

Pip's strong design eye, creative vision and disruptive approach has seen the launch of her own brand quickly achieve worldwide recognition. Stocked in more than 100 boutiques and department stores as well as being seen on the likes of Olivia Palermo, Sofia Richie, Hailey Baldwin and the Kardashians, the rise of P.E Nation is only just beginning.

Pip's innate understanding of the retail space as well as her ability to communicate and connect with her customers has seen the brand dominate the active and athleisure space both in Australia and abroad. Accolades within the brand's first year include Finalists - Best Australian Emerging Designer at the Australian Fashion Laureate, finalists in the business category at the Cosmopolitan Fun Fearless Female Awards in 2016, as well as winning New Designer (Activewear) at Berlin's PREMIUM Trade Show in 2017.

Ceinwen Evans is Global Head of eCommerce for Camilla and previously was Group Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager for the Just Group looking after all Just Group brands: Just Jeans, Peter Alexander, Dotti, Portmans, Jacqui E, Jay Jays and Smiggle.

Ceinwen has an agency background with Experian and enjoys strengths in financial management, channel & brand management, technical project management.

Ceinwen will review her insights into digital marketing and evidence of positive social and brand outcomes from well-executed cause marketing.

Jeremy Meltzer is a social entrepreneur and expert in ‘business for purpose’. He is the founder of i=Change, the world’s first cause-marketing platform for online retailers.

He explains the fast-growing ‘experience economy’ - why this is a not a trend - and how turning every purchase into a memorable customer experience can powerfully elevate a brand beyond their competition.

John Elliott is the Managing Director of TOMS Australia & New Zealand, the One for One company who use their business to improve people’s lives. John has been responsible for the brand’s significant business growth and awareness since TOMS launched in the Australian and New Zealand market in 2012.

An influential leader, John is committed to finding great vehicles to align himself with to make the world a better place for the next generation. He is a founding board member of B Lab Australia and New Zealand that look after B Corporations who are leading a global movement to redefine success in business. John also sits on the Retail advisory board of Save the Children, Australia.

When it comes to corporate social responsibility, John has years of insider experience and a realistic, pragmatic view on how companies can create real change. He has worked in the sporting industry for over 30 years with roles at Puma, And1 and Sportsco, discovering his passion for social responsibility and business when he chaired Nike’s environmental group for the region and joined its first Global Climate Change summit in Portland. During this time John was Vice President of Warrandyte CAN – a climate action group in Warrandyte.

John is also the founder of Save Our Soles, an Australian company that is committed to recycling unwanted footwear in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
