Event Information

Sydney:

Keynote Speaker: Matt Newell is the Founder and Executive Strategy Director of The General Store, a company that specialises in retail strategy and innovation.

Unpicking Consumer Behaviour
In an increasingly complicated world, this presentation simplifies retail strategy by unpicking the key consumer behaviour we are seeking to influence – the decision making process.

The session kicks off by showcasing extreme levels of demand created by some of the most innovative retailers around the world. It then unpicks the behaviours that drives shoppers in those instances, using a combination of psychology and biology, to give retailers a deeper understanding on how to influence the purchase process.

The session features inspiring examples of innovative retail from around the world, practical demonstrations on to influence the decision making process, and practical takeaways that retailers can use to help drive demand in their businesses.
