AuMake doubles sales, anticipates breaking even

An expanded store network and increased sales of own brand goods have helped AuMake to double sales and nearly triple gross profit in fiscal 2018.

The listed daigou company lifted sales 107 per cent to $21.4 million and grew gross profit 172 per cent to $3.1 million in the year. It also saw significant sales of own brand products, which now represent 4 per cent of annual sales.

The company, which connects Australian suppliers directly with daigou, said it expects to break even operationally in the FY19.
