Beacon Lighting Group will acquire two Beacon Lighting franchised stores in Victoria.

The stores, located at Watergardens Homemaker Centre and Essendon Homemaker Hub, were operated by the same franchisee. Having traded for more than 14 and nine years respectively, they have an established customer base.

The stores will commence trading as company-owned stores from September 28, 2015.

Beacon Lighting said in a statement published on the ASX it was pleased to bring the franchised stores back into its core retail operation and the move represented an opportunity for the group to grow.
