Burberry opens expanded Sydney Airport store

burberryLuxury retailer, Burberry has opened its newly expanded store at Sydney International Airport, Terminal 1.

The retail space is designed to offer multi-sensory experiences alongside services including one on one customer services which provide purchase history and customer preferences. Video screens in the store broadcast curated content and live events directly from the brand’s global headquarters in London, enabled by the Burberry Retail Theatre concept.

Created under the design direction of chief creative and chief executive officer Christopher Bailey, Burberry said the store celebrates the brand’s latest collections across menswear, womenswear, accessories, eyewear and fragrance.

The store also features the Burberry Scarf Bar, a dedicated area with an expanded range of classic and lightweight cashmere scarf designs in over 30 colours and prints available for monogramming up to three letters.

Burberry has five stores in Australia as follows: Sydney International Airport; Sydney 343 George Street; Chadstone and Crown Entertainment Complex, Melbourne and QueensPlaza, Brisbane.
