Wellington coffee specialist, Flight Coffee, will open its first Australian store in Melbourne.

Flight has committed to a new lease in Equitable Pl in the Melbourne CBD.

Located in what some regard as the CBD’s specialist coffee laneway, the cafe will take up a 30sqm space.

Flight Coffee has been rated as one the 10 best coffee roasters in the world.

Flight Coffee will join the likes of Cafenatics, Bhlanik, and Barista Express the laneway off Little Collins St.

Rental is in the vicinity of $60,000 a year on a term of more than five years.

The lessor is a private Melbourne investor with the deal brokered by Michael Di Carlo, Jeremy Marmur, and Jock Thomson of Savills Australia.
