Commercial real estate company, Colliers International, has announced the addition of a large format specialist to its growing retail leasing team in Melbourne.

Daniel Noonan has been appointed in the role of executive – large format retail, based in Colliers International’s Melbourne CBD office.

“As Australia’s largest retail leasing team, we are excited to introduce our newest Melbourne recruit, Daniel Noonan,” Michael Bate, Colliers International head of retail, said.

“Daniel will focus on several new listings that our large format retail team has been appointed on recently, as well as new business development throughout the state.

“As we continue to grow our large format retail brand across the country, it’s important that we have a high profile agent leading our growth in Victoria.

“Daniel joins us from Fitzroys where he was most recently in charge of commercial and high street retail leasing.”

Noonan, who also plays for Port Melbourne in the VFL, will work closely with Colliers International’s Victorian Retail Leasing and Retail Investment Services teams.
