Crust really satisfies

crust westfield sydCrust Gourmet Pizza Bar’s customers are the most satisfied of all Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), according to the latest Customer Satisfaction Survey from Roy Morgan Research.

Roy Morgan Research’s Customer Satisfaction ratings are collected through surveys with more than 50,000 Australians asked for their views on business and society each year.

Crust Gourmet Pizza took the top spot for both April and May in the QSR Restaurant category, with 91 per cent satisfaction, ahead of Pizza Capers, Subway, Fasta Pasta, and La Porchetta.

Other retailers monitored by Roy Morgan include Chicken Treat, Domino’s, Eagle Boys, Hungry Jacks, KFC, McDonalds, Nandos, Oporto, Pizza Hut, and Red Rooster.

Crust Gourmet Pizza is part of Australia’s largest multi‐food franchise operator Retail Food Group (RFG).

After launching a new menu in April, Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar MD, Michael Rose, believes the timing of the awards is no coincidence.

“Crust has always been focussed on using premium ingredients to create unique flavour combinations,” Rose said.

“Our new menu has seen us raise the bar on what consumers can enjoy on a pizza, and these awards prove that our approach is resonating with the pizza consumer market.

“At Crust, we have always focussed on satisfying our customers by bringing them premium ingredients, sensational flavour combinations and delicious gourmet sides to create the ultimate dining experience,” he said.
