Bookseller Dymocks has released a Facebook Matchmaker Application to help customers find the perfect gift for friends and family.

The Dymocks Matchmaker App – www.facebook.com/dymocksbooks – generates book recommendations for shoppers based on answers to a selection of multiple choice questions.

“Our new Matchmaker App will help those who would like recommendations for the perfect book for a gift or their Summer holiday reading,” said Steve Cox, Dymocks’ GM of buying, marketing and operations.

“By using the MatchMaker App, customers simply need to answer six multiple choice questions about themselves or their loved one, and the app will generate a special recommendation based on the answers provided,” said Cox.

Each personal recommendation will include an overview of the recommended book and a Dymocks store locator tool.
