The venture is poised to enhance passenger experience and deliver a revitalised food and beverage offering, with a selection of new food brands announced including Mad Mex, SumoSalad Green Label, Roll’d, Hokka Hokka, Red Rooster, and Sahara Grill.

Adding to the list of food chains for the revitalised space is high profile burger restaurant, Chur Burger, the brainchild of famed chef, Warren Turnbull, who also developed past gourmet ventures and award winning restaurants, Assiette and District Dining.

The improvement works follow consultation with stakeholders, and will provide a newly designed area with reconfigured seating that will add capacity and increase wayfinding.

During the improvements, there will be a slight reduction in the food and beverage offering in T2, however, passengers will still be able to access a range of food and beverage options from a range of existing retailers. Additionally, three temporary food and drink kiosks will be available within the T2 casual dining precinct.
