Children’s specialist footwear retailer, Shoes & Sox has been purchased by venture capital. Anchorage Capital has entered into an agreement to purchase the 24 store Shoes & Sox business, with the deal to be finalised at the end of the month. It is understood that the business will be merged into Anchorage’s Brand Collective portfolio, which also encompasses the Clarks, Volley, Grosby, Julius Marlow, Sachi, and Hush Puppies footwear brands as well as apparel labels Mossimo and
