Gunman robs store

 

fuel-crisis-1411439-mA gunman wanted over six armed robberies in Melbourne’s east has held up another store.

Police believe one man is responsible for a spate of armed robberies at service stations and convenience stores in the past fortnight.

In the latest hold up, a man pulled a handgun on a Hawthorn East service station attendant on Sunday night and demanded cash.

He is described as Caucasian, aged between 40 and 50, and about 175cm tall.

The previous robberies occurred at Kew, Vermont, Templestowe, Mitcham, Burnley, Box Hill and Hawthorn.
