Gelato Messina has opened its first Queensland store at The Strand, Coolangatta.

This is the cult gelato brand, which has seven stores in Sydney and one in Melbourne’s first venture into QLD.

The store is a perfect match for the $60 million The Strand development, located directly opposite Coolangatta Beach on the southern Gold Coast.

Messina Coolangatta will host a fully stocked cabinet of 40 signature flavours, such as salted caramel and white chocolate or milk chocolate with choc peanut fudge, as well as the more traditional tiramisu and pistachio.

Messina’s gelato is hand crafted and churned fresh on site daily, and offers five original gelato specials which change every week.
