Noodle Box continues Midde East expansion

rsz_noodleboxAustralian noodle franchise chain, Noodle Box, has continued its international expansion, opening its third Middle Eastern restaurant, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The development is part of a wider deal made with master franchisee, Himmah Foods, which will see the opening of 55 Noodle Box restaurants over the next five years in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) regions.

Himmah Foods, a subsidiary of Al Himmah Group, says the partnership with Noodle Box will enhance the Middle-East’s Asian food segment.

“Himmah Foods is constantly searching for premium concepts with an added value that can cater to the growing and young population of the region and their changing lifestyles,” Dr. Abdulaziz Albabtain, president, Himmah Foods, said.

“Noodle Box is a proven concept, which has emerged in Australia. We both have a shared vision towards the region and are working closely together to enhance the Asian food segment in the region.”

Ian Martin, CEO, Noodle Box, said the partnership is a positive initiative poised to accelerate success in the region.

“We are delighted with the response from our guests to our Riyadh restaurants, and it certainly goes to show that the language of Noodle Box is an international one.”

“Our partnership with the Al Himmah Group has proven to be very positive alliance, and we are pleased with the way our working relationship has developed,” he said.
