Noodle Box drives online training

NoodleBoxAs part of a strategic focus on guest experience, Noodle Box has appointed Leanne Morison as national training manager.

Morison has spent eight years in the QSR industry working with Yum Restaurants International.

During her time as manager of the Registered Training Organszation (RTO) Vic/TAS/SA/WA, Morison was directly involved with changes to training standards and methodology including the shift to online learning and nationally recognised qualifications.

A key project for Morison at Noodle Box will be spearheading the development of its online training program, Noodle U, an interactive e-learning training platform for Noodle Box franchise partners.

Dominic Cornwell, GM retail operations at Noodle Box said the company is delighted to welcome Morison.

“With her strong knowledge in training and experience with the RTO sector, Noodle U is expected to be a leading example of Noodle Box systems and to be positioned at the forefront of the franchise industry by attracting potential franchise partners with training excellence,” Cornwell said.

“Noodle U will be gradually released in Australia nationally through October to December and then offered to our international network in 2014.”
