Officeworks to share design insights

unnamed-1Officeworks will host a workshop on customer led retail design as part of Sydney’s Vivid festival next week.

Officeworks has partnered with design agency, Symplicit, to run the workshop, Customer Led Design – Using Customer Insights to Redesign Your Retail Space.

The event will be led by Karen Jemison, Officeworks’ head of retail services, and David Pisker, Officeworks’ head of customer experience

The session is on Tuesday, June 2 from 1-4pm and will involve a ‘walking safari’ and an interactive workshop at MOCA Vivid Ideas Exchange.

All proceeds from the $80 ticket price will benefit the Australian Literacy & Numeracy Foundation, a major charity partner of Officeworks.
