Australian bag brand Crumpler has been announced as the official supplier of luggage to the 2016 Australian Olympic Team.

The design process is currently underway with customised versions of Crumpler’s vis a vis trunk to be unveiled with the official uniform in mid 2016.

Peter Stockdale, CEO of Crumpler said, Crumpler and AOC partnership is an extremely natural one.

Founded in Melbourne in 1995 by Dave Roper, Will Miller, and Stuart Crumpler, they have now expanded across the globe.

Crumpler makes laptop and camera bags, and more recently also luggage.

“The originality in our product design is one of necessity, where we find a need, we design a solution – it’s almost that simple.

“Our Olympians have worked their whole lives on the small details to ensure they can deliver on the day. Although I’ve recently seen a 95 year old still competing, I’m pretty sure our Olympians will be enjoying their Rio Olympics vis a vis trunk long after their athletic retirement,” said Stockdale.
