Papinelle expands fashion footprint

papinelleAustralian sleep and loungewear brand, Papinelle, is expanding its fashion footprint with the opening of a flagship boutique in Melbourne’s Chadstone Shopping Centre at the end of the year.

Initially launching as a pop-up space from September 1, the company will proceed to move into a bricks and mortar location within the centre once ongoing site redevelopments are complete.

The brand, which emphasises comfortable styling for women of all ages,  cites inspiration from geometric Morrocan interiors and warm summer days in its spring/summer collection, which centres around lace-trimmed robes, cotton/silk pyjamas, linen tees, floaty nighties, frilled boxer shorts and modal singlets.

“The Papinelle design focuses on sensual, feminine and comfortable fabrics complemented with a beautiful colour palette.” Renae James, director, Papinelle said.

Founded in 2003, Papinelle has grown into three NSW stores, with the brand also having a strong national presence in David Jones outlets, as well as representation in 180 boutiques worldwide.
