Craig Holland has been appointed to The Pas Group’s board as a non-executive director, effective from December 21.

Holland will also chair the audit and risk committee and be a member of the nomination and remuneration committee for the company that owns fashion brands including Black Pepper, Review and Jets.

“Craig brings with him vast experience in finance and tax, having been a tax partner and chief operating officer at Deloitte Private as well as being a member of the Deloitte Private National Executive team,” said Rod Walker, chairman of Pas Group.

Holland has served as a former director for the likes of whitegoods retailer, The Good Guys, where he also chaired a sub-committee in relation to the corporatisation of its retail group involved with the buy-out of the joint venture partners, as well as the sale of The Good Guys to JB Hi-Fi.

Holland was also a board adviser to Superior Foods during the sale of the company to Quadrant Private Equity in 2015.

Pas also announced that Loretta Soffe has stepped down as a non-executive director with effect from today due to personal reasons.
