Red Rooster partners with Sumo Salad

Red Rooster2Two Australian food brands, Red Rooster and Sumo Salad, have partnered to see Sumo Salad served in more than 350 Red Rooster restaurants nationally.

This follows the appointment of Chris Green as new CEO of Red Rooster.

In the past year, Red Rooster has emphasized its focus on healthy menu innovation and customer experience.

The chain has removed all artificial colours, flavours, and added MSG from the kitchen made menu, giving customers the option to swap chips for salad and expanding the pulled Roast Chicken range across breadlines including the introduction of the Salad Roast Chicken Roll.

Two custom designed Sumo Salad’s will be introduced to the Red Rooster menu at all stores nationally today.

Both salads will be available as part of the a la carte menu as well as a part of a selection of value combos.

Sumo Salad CEO Luke Baylis said Sumo Salad is always looking to expand its influence and help Australians eat healthier food with purpose.

“This works well with Red Rooster’s mission to provide their customers with a variety of delicious, wholesome menu items. We hope this is the first of many healthier options to come.”
