Domino’s Pizza was also named Digital Champion at the awards, recognised for the early implementation and success of its digital strategy – an online ordering system which raised the brand’s profile, engaged interactively with customers, and drove sales.

Domino’s Group CEO and MD, Don Meij, said their win was great recognition for the digital innovations the business has made.

“We have always put our consumers’ needs first and what they need is access to online ordering platforms that are quick, fast and easy to use. It’s our job to ensure people can order pizza from any device, any connection, anywhere,” Meij said.

“The entire Domino’s team works really hard to deliver these digital advancements. This award is the credit that we are getting these innovations right.”
