Shopping Centres Australasia (SCA Property Group) has appointed its CFO, Mark Fleming, as an executive director, effective from today.

Fleming was previously CFO of Treasury Wines Estates from 2011 until 2013, and also held the position of GM supermarket finance and GM of corporate finance at Woolworths from 2003 until 2011.

“Mark has been a great addition to our executive ranks. He has earned the confidence and respect of the board and we are very pleased to have join us an as executive director,” Phillip Clark, SCA chairman, said.
