Shoppable catalogue launches

salefinderDigital catalogue technology company, SaleFinder, has launched what it claims is Australia’s first truly shoppable catalogue.

Working with retailers such as Woolworths, the technology allows a customer to add items to their shopping cart, including managing variables such as quantities, varieties and sizes, directly from the digital catalogue.

To do this, SaleFinder’s catalogue technology interacts with the shopping cart, improving the user journey.

“We believe it is the first truly shoppable grocery catalogue in the world, and certainly a first for Australasia” said SaleFinder MD, Shahid Sajjad.

SaleFinder was founded in New Zealand six years ago, before launching in Australia in early 2014.

“Continually investing in our technology, processes and retailer solutions has been an ongoing focus at SaleFinder. The Australian multi-channel retailers have progressed significantly over the past few years, but their digital catalogue solutions have not kept up,” says Sajjad.

SaleFinder’s technology can be used across retailers own channels, as well having catalogues housed on the salefinder.com.au for additional reach.
