Stand out with innovative lighting

Advertorial image2It’s no secret that retail spaces are ultra-competitive with brands and products all competing for attention on crowded shelves. This only exacerbates the task of capturing consumer attention, especially when many display areas are constrained by space, power, or by stores that impose design restrictions.

This is where Pixalux® can help. Pixalux® is an innovative new lighting product that is poised to set a new standard in product display and signage. The product is called a structural light panel.

What is a structural light panel?

A structural light panel is a completely new type of product. It combines the soft and even light of a typical light box with the strength and form of sheet material like particle board or acrylic. Now take a moment to imagine the possibilities when your light source is also a structural element. You can begin to replace common and mundane objects like wooden shelves, cabinetry panels, wall panels and much more with Pixalux® to achieve the ultimate integrated lighting solution.

The examples listed above barely scratch the surface in regards to what potential applications exist with Pixalux®. With a thickness of 16mm that is common among other sheet materials, it is extremely easy to substitute Pixalux® in existing applications where sheet materials are used. Take a glass shelf for example – simply swap it with Pixalux® and your products will instantly be awash in crisp, shadowless light. Alternatively, utilise these new innovative features to create entirely new applications never before possible.

How does it work?

Pixalux® is made from laminated acrylic sheet and is LED edge lit ensuring it has long life and low power consumption. The panels are made to specification in Melbourne with your choice of size, edge finish, extrusion profiles, LEDs and connectivity, meaning they’ll suit any custom application.

Pixalux® is being featured at the Shop Fitting Showcase at the Inside Retail Live expo in March. Make sure you stop by to see the innovation first hand. If you can’t make it, get in touch with us for more information and to arrange a product demonstration.
