On February 3, The Galeries will introduce the AYAM Zodiac Roulette, a world-first technology that matches customers to their destiny dish by analysing their Chinese Zodiac and Western Star signs. By entering their birth date the AYAM Zodiac Roulette will analyse the customers’ personality traits and provide them with their specialised dish, dispensing a key ingredient in the process.
