Timezone opens new QLD branch

Timezone3Timezone has opened a new branch at Caneland Central in Queenslandand last week.

The new Timezone offers over 70 of the latest and most popular games and attractions including a mini-bowling alley, a 24 player laser tag arena, party rooms and the latest and most popular games and carnival style attractions.

Simon de Barro, Caneland Central centre manager, said the new Timezone would enhance Caneland Central’s entertainment offering.

“Caneland Central prides itself as being Mackay’s premier shopping destination. Today’s opening signals the first step in creating a new leisure and lifestyle destination for the Mackay region,” De Barro said during last week’s store opening.

“This venue will also include a number of designated community spaces to cater for special occasions such as children’s parties, corporate functions and family gatherings.”

Prior to the opening, De Barro said they have received a huge influx of positive feedback from the local Mackay community. “And our social media was abuzz with people looking forward to Timezone coming to the region,” he said.

“The amazing feedback we have received to date reinforces our observations that there is currently a lack of indoor entertainment options for families in the region, making Timezone a perfect fit.”
