Topshop boss buys stake in Ozsale

 

ozsaleThe owners of online shopping club, Ozsale, have sold a 25 per cent stake of the business to Topshop owner, Sir Philip Green.

Green, who is CEO of the Arcadia Group which includes Topshop, BHS, and Dorothy Perkins, made the investment last week for an undisclosed price.

The business, which plans to rename to Mysale, is reportedly relocating its head office from Australia to London as part of its aggressive international expansion strategy.

Ozsale, founded by British entrepreneur Jamie Jackson in 2006,  racked up revenues of about $250 million for the year ended June 30, 2013.
