Vinomofo opens vino pop up

 

vinomofoOnline wine retailer, Vinomofo, will open its first ever pop up store this Friday, in a bid to boost sales ahead of Christmas.

Located in Richmond in Melbourne, the opening will mark the start of the e-tailer’s national pop up roadshow that will visit Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth, next year.

“Traditionally we would miss out on valuable Christmas sales at the end of December because of delivery time constraints. So this year, we decided to combat that by creating a flash pop up wine store where we can bring our unique offering of good wine, epic deals, and real people to customers offline as well as online,” Andre Eikmeier, co-founder and CEO of Vinomofo said

The pop up wine store  will be open for three days only, from Friday 13th December to Sunday 15th December.

As well as having its first physical presence Vinomofo has also introduced a team of personal wine brokers within its Melbourne headquarters.

“We’ve learned that our customers like the personal touch of a phone call, and being able to call in to ask about wines, talk about wines,” Eikmeier said.

Last month Vinomofo was named the winner of the 2013 Deloitte Technology Fast 50, following a record revenue growth of 1273 per cent over the last three years.
