Mark Yeoman has been appointed CFO of The Warehouse Group.

Yeoman is currently the New Zealand Post Group’s CFO and will take up his new position on December 15 2014.

The Warehouse’s former CFO, Stephen Small, died suddenly in May this year, after two years with the retailer.

Prior to this, Yeoman held positions as CFO at Airways and CEO at Samoa’s telecom and postal company. Yeoman has also held senior roles in technology-based businesses in Australia and New Zealand, including Telecom, Solution6, and his own technology start up company.

The Warehouse Group CEO, Mark Powell, says that he and the executive team are looking forward to Yeoman joining The Warehouse Group.

“Mark has a diverse finance, commercial, technology, financial services and leadership background, covering startups through to large organisations, which will enable him to make a significant contribution to the company,” Powell said.
