Soul Origin reaches 100 stores in Australia

Soul Origin is opening a new store in Randwick, NSW, on Thursday, propelling the quick service chain to reach 100 stores across Australia.

The franchise network, which opened its first store in 2011, credits its commitment to quality food and customer service excellence for driving its rapid growth.

“Since the first Soul Origin store opened in Sydney back in 2011 we have seen exponential growth and there’s no sign of this slowing down. In the past year alone, we have opened more than 25 new stores across the country,” Soul Origin CEO Chris Mavris said.

The brand recently expanded beyond NSW, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia into the Northern Territory and Western Australia, and held a roadshow of pop-up stores in regional Queensland and a national barista and latte art competition.

“This is just the beginning for Soul Origin. We have an amazing network of dedicated franchise partners who share our commitment to excellence and live and breathe the Soul Origin brand and values,” Mavris said.

The chain, which serves coffee, salads, wraps and sandwiches, has become known as a destination for serving fresh and healthy food, putting it in line with current food trends.

“At Soul Origin, we know there is growing demand for fresh nutritious food and excellent coffee across Australia and we look forward to giving even more people and communities easy access to this in the future,” Mavris said.

To mark the milestone, the company will offer its Randwick customers free coffee all day on Thursday and the opportunity to win $3500 worth of prizes.

A national promotion is set to be rolled out in the following weeks.
